We provide employees with access to robust online planning software that will help assess if they are on track with their savings for retirement, college funding, and income replacement. The online planning session will provide employees a review of their assets, income, expenses, and liabilities for an overview of their total financial picture. An analysis of the employees’ current investments is made and assists the employee in analyzing alternative asset allocation strategies. Forecasting college savings requirements is simplified with an integrated database of the current tuition amounts of hundreds of American colleges and universities estimated public and private tuition amounts. Once the employee has completed the financial questionnaire, they can request the assistance of a financial planner who will oversee the creation of a written financial plan which will provide a detailed strategy that takes into account each employees own very specific circumstances and financial objectives.

Our financial planners hold a Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Each holds FINRA series 6 or 7, 63, and 65 licenses and brings at least five years of experience to the Alight Financial Advisors team. All are trained to answer questions specific to qualified plans, IRAs and other financial vehicles; investment topics such as mutual funds and asset allocation; and general financial planning topics such as debt management and retirement or college planning.
